**1. Customer Communication & Support**
- Provide accurate information regarding shipment, delivery, and service status.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and escalate to superior when necessary.
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.

**2. Job Coordination**
- Receive job requests/orders from customers and record them in the system/worksheet.
- Communicate job details to Operations / Drivers / Boarding Officers.
- Track shipment status (ETA, ETD, delivery progress) and update customers promptly.

**3. Service Quality & Follow Up**
- Follow up with customers after job completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Record recurring issues and provide feedback to management for improvement.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLA) and ensure timely delivery.

**4. Internal Coordination**
- Work closely with Operations, Forwarding Agent, Boarding Officer, and Drivers.
- Share daily schedule and pre-alerts to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with Finance for billing, payment collection, and outstanding invoices.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
