**Responsibilities**:

- Manage filing systems (physical & digital), correspondence, and office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and handle visitor inquiries and calls.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and documents.
- Handle transportation, courier, forwarding, import/export documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, foreign worker requirements, and HR records.
- Source suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on orders, deliveries & invoices.
- Maintain procurement and supplier databases; ensure compliance with policies.
- Manage raw material stock in 3A Accounting System.
- Assist with customer payment collection and basic finance tasks.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. *(Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role covering administration, procurement, or accounting.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and processes.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procurement processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
