**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the SAAS industry.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to inform strategic business development initiatives.
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to expand the customer base.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities through sourcing, negotiating, and winning corporate accounts to generate effective revenue.
**Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how SAAS solutions can address client challenges.
- Foster long-term client relationships to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
**Product Knowledge and Presentation**:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the SAAS product or solution.
- Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the SAAS product to potential clients.
**Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Keep track of sales metrics, analyze pipeline data, and provide regular updates to the management team.
**Collaborative Cross-functional Communication**:
- Work closely with product development(tech), sales & marketing, and customer success team to ensure alignment in business objectives.
**Stay Informed and Adaptive**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Continuously adapt strategies to align with the evolving landscape of the SAAS industry.
- Analyze data to refine strategies and improve overall business development effectiveness.
**REQUIREMENT (Your Qualifications Make You Shine)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the SAAS industry.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth understanding of the SAAS industry, market trends, and key competitors.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a consultative selling approach.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
