Telemarketing Consultant

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching them our products/services, and converting them into customers. In addition to sales, you will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- To promote banking products such as personal loans, mortgage loans and SME loans.
- Present our products/services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients and provide them with excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Attend company training sessions and stay up-to-date with our products/services.

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum education level, SPM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
