Lead consultative engagements including workshops with customers on technical and business goals and challenges. - Drive well prepped consultative engagements with clients on what types of problems they would like us to help solve with Salesforce’s marketing tools. - Use your business analyst skills to document comprehensive customer user stories, requirements, and technical overviews of solutions. - Define a detailed solution based on customers’ business needs and current environment including its limitations. - Create and facilitate great presentations to customer stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds. - Empower client's local market teams to use the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution we implement to its fullest potential by creating and leading training sessions. - Document comprehensive customer user stories, requirements and technical overviews of solutions. - Ability to keep a balance between scaled solutions without over engineering.
