**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train and fine-tune AI chatbot models to handle real-time, player-centric conversations.
- Build and maintain conversation flows, intents, utterances, and dialogues aligned with US gaming culture and terminology.
- Collaborate with game designers, support teams, and AI engineers to ensure chatbot responses are engaging, accurate, and contextually aware.
- Curate and annotate high-quality training data to improve the AI model's performance.
- Monitor chatbot conversations and analyze interaction logs to identify gaps or errors.
- Continuously improve the chatbot’s ability to understand and respond using feedback, test results, and player input.
- Perform regular audits and conversation testing in collaboration with QA and UX teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
