**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and assist a team of production workforce in carrying out production activities at the
- Forming Line (consist of Boiler and Hot Press) and to achieve the target and maintain good discipline
- Conduct random inspection of the process so as to ensure no machine malfunction and the production is running under controlled and required condition
- Responsible to work with Production Manager and Production Engineer to plan work schedule and shift duty, coordinate and control raw materials input and machine output plus daily contract worker at Forming Line done by contractors on site to ensure resources needed are in on time for production and deliver the goods out on time
- Participating in planning personnel safety, 5S, LEAN projects and other plant protection activities to ensure adherence of safety guideline and regulations
- Assist Plant Manager in administers personnel policies and procedures with regards to manpower plan, job description, performance plans, performance evaluations, attendance, salary administration and training and development of production workforce.
- Supervising and directing the team of mechanics in the daily maintenance of plant machineries
- Coordinating with Engineering and Production executives/supervisors and other department concerning equipment that requires repair and maintenance to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.
- Participating in discussion with other departments in process and quality improvement
- Directing activities to ensure that installation and operation conform to functional specifications
- Updating and implementing policies and Standard Operation Manual which includes troubleshooting list and procedures related to the operation of the production line
- Coordinating flow of works between Electrical, Mechanical and Boiler team to ensure continuity
- Meeting production and maintenance schedules using ERP system
- Suggesting changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew and the productivity
- Other duties / ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holders in (1) Bioindustry or (2) Forestry Science or (3) Agriculture
- Those in year 3 final semester and need to do 1-year practical training are encouraged to apply

**Salary**:

- Salary: RM2,800 starting salary for a fresh graduate
