**Overview**: - Involved in the daily management, administration and operation of a shopping mall in the area of retail shops leasing, building operations, tenancy administration and rental collection. - To be responsible for the administrative and related functions of the Shopping Complex Management. **Responsibilities**: - To source for new tenants to add into the existing shopping mall tenants list for short term and medium term duration. - To coordinate with Property Leasing & Legal Department to renew tenancy leases and following the tenancy administration flow of work. - To plan and organize monthly and festive season promotional activities at the shopping complex. - To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all the tenants and attend promptly and professionally to any complaints and requests. - To ensure the Complex operational matters such as maintenance, cleaning, security and safety aspect are well maintained for safe and conducive shopping. - To do monthly rental charges for tenants and collection of monthly and outstanding rental chargers as well as tenancy renewal process. - Any ad hoc task given from time to time. **Job Requirements**: - Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines related to retail sector. - Fresh graduates with minimum 1 year working experience can also apply. - Have experience working in retail sector and knowledge of tenancy agreements administration will be an added advantage. - Preferably an outgoing, proactive and self-motivated individual. - Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and trouble-shooting capabilities. - Computer literate and able to work independently. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend jobs Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay
