**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Participate in team discussions focused on problem-solving and service improvement.
- Support knowledge-sharing and team collaboration to enhance customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-related issues efficiently.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions on customer service best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Must have 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Must have Spouse Visa/PR status.
- Fluent in Thai & English
- Beginner proficiency in Customer Service Management.
- Basic understanding of Customer Experience Management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
