**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Event Planning and Execution:Strategically plan, organize, and execute monthly automotive events that not only meet but exceed profitability targets. Craft innovative event concepts, themes, and formats that resonate with our audience and attract sponsors.
- Sponsorship Management: Seek out potential sponsors, negotiate sponsorship agreements, and foster robust relationships with sponsors to ensure ongoing support and partnership.
- Financial Oversight: Keep a close watch on event budgets, cash flows, and financial operations. Ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial dealings and make cost-effective decisions to enhance event profitability.
- Vendor and Venue Coordination: Select and collaborate with vendors, venues, and contractors to deliver exceptional event services. Negotiate contracts and ensure all parties deliver on their promises.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote events across various channels, guaranteeing high attendance and participation. Employ social media, digital marketing, and traditional advertising strategies to maximize reach.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage back-end staff essential for the planning and execution of events. Create a cooperative and productive work atmosphere.
- Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Guarantee that all events adhere to legal, health, and safety standards. Develop risk management strategies to proactively address potential issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management ( or previous experience in running events ), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in organizing profitable events.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience overseeing budgets and cash flows.
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proven team leadership skills.
- Proficient in marketing techniques and channels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, according to event schedules.
