**Job Responsibilities (Main)**:

- Achieve Sales & Collection Target
- Handle Event (Community/Corporate)

**Job Responsibilities (Others)**:

- Register patient according to information given
- Give clear and proper instruction to patients
- Book appointment for patients
- Update and keep the treatment schedule and appointments organized
- Request GL and manage document
- Front desk management including handling incoming and outgoing calls, couriers and mail, client and supplier
- Prepare monthly report
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
- Answering call and any inquiries from prospects
- Submit report to sales leader.
- To meet and surpass the monthly sales target and earn maximum profit margins for the organization
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Sales Representative Experience (Min: 1 Year)
- Minimum SPM/Certificate/ Diploma in business/admin or relevant courses
- Able to work in Shah Alam/Setia Alam
- Able to work on weekends
- Have good personality, love to interact with customers
- License: D
- Language (Bahasa Malaysia & English)/ Mandarin (preferred)
