**Minimum Skills to Hire**:

- Must have professional Japanese language skill
- B1 level of English language proficiency
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and highly trainable
- Excellent communication skills and passion for Customer Service
- The ability to speak Korean is more desirable if possible since TPJP is expanding its market to Korea and TPJP IT and SD Japan have begun to support Korean agents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide user with a solution through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting and problem research, or route or escalate the user to the appropriate resolution group in a timely manner.
- Perform provisioning/deprovisioning tasks for new hires/terminated users in accordance to the TPJP HR’s requests.
- Escalation and management of interactions to agreed service levels.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service in all user interactions.
- Manage the community of TPJP’s operation teams to follow the SOP of APAC IT Service Management.
