General This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive business operational excellence, improve efficiency, reducing cost and maximize productivity. This position involves leading and managing cross-functional initiatives, identifying & executing process improvements initiatives, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategy Development**: - Develop and implement business operational excellence strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with leadership team to establish a roadmap for improving operational processes, enhancing productivity, and achieving excellence in performance. **Change Management**: - Lead change management efforts associated with business operational excellence initiatives including lean manufacturing. Effectively communicate the need for change, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive adoption of new processes and practices. Overcome resistance to change and ensure smooth implementation of improvement initiatives. **Continuous Improvement**: - Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement frameworks. Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, efficiency gains and cost reduction. Lead continuous improvement efforts by analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions. **Performance Monitoring and Analysis**: - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor operational performance. Establish data-driven dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: - Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to align industrial operations with overall business General objectives.
