**JOB PURPOSE**
Carry out innovative Customer care, engagement, and customer retention programs for all clients. Primary duties are to ensure effective, timely and personalized attention to patients and family to support the Rehab Centre’s vision to become the Rehab Centre of choice serving the global community.
Ensures a customer friendly environment for our international and domestic patients.
Coordinates care for patients, and ensures that the care for international, VIPs, and both private and sponsored patients is timely and appropriate and that they receive the best possible service.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Diploma/Degree in related field
5-7 years of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

**JOB CONTENT**
1. Lead and manage a team of customer relation officers and concierge team to deliver customer care services at IHT Rehab.
2. Provide proactive and timely communication to clients and staffs to facilitate overall service delivery processes at IHT Rehab.
3. Working closely with VP Marketing and Business Development and marketing executives to ensure the processes of externa engagements are facilitated to the internal operations.
4. Design, manage and function as call operator / manage future call operator services in future, to ensure potential customer leads are facilitated into IHT Rehab.
5. Oversee the patient registration process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
6. Develop and implement procedures to streamline registration workflows.
7. Train and supervise registration staff to provide exceptional service to patients.
8. Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for patients and their families.
9. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
10. Implement strategies to continuously improve the patient experience.
1. Manage the handling of private patients, including scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and ensuring confidentiality.
2. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to meet the unique needs of private patients.
3. Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all interactions with private patients and their information.
4. Plan, organize, and oversee patient events such as health fairs, educational seminars, and support groups.
5. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, vendor arrangements, and promotional activities.
6. Evaluate the success of patient events and implement improvements for future initiatives.
7. Lead a team of patient services staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster professional growth.
9. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
10. Ensure that the customer care flow is coordinated smoothly throughout the customer’s visit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
