HR and Administrative Lead

**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Management**:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing recruitment team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Administrative Oversight**:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Streamline office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a liaison between the team and senior management.
- **Client and Stakeholder Interaction**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and resource allocation.
- Prepare quotations for clients based on their recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates on team performance and addressing concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and office management roles, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
