**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Sales Technical Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise, supporting the sales team, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions. Your in-depth knowledge of mould base and hot runner systems will enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the company's success.

**Responsibilities**:
Technical Expertise:
Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and provide insightful recommendations to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and functionality of our solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, assisting them in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify target markets, and establish sales objectives.
Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements, provide technical advice, and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling product proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customers' needs.
Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and generate leads.
Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure new business and maintain profitable relationships.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical challenges and providing effective solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expert guidance and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless post-sales support and resolve any technical issues or inquiries.

Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
Gather customer feedback and insights to provide input to the product development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
Provide market intelligence to the sales and marketing teams, sharing knowledge of customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

- Experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in the mould base and hot runner systems industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and industry events.
