- Reporting to Category Manager
- General Merchandise, you will be responsible for- Engaging and building relationships with sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals
- Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Developing understanding of general merchandise category dynamics in online market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada.
- Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with internal and external parties to carry out daily tasks and projects smoothly to deliver results.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

- Bachelor's Degree in any fields-1-2 years experience in e-commerce industry- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Problem solving, project management and communication skills
- Work experience in e-commerce, retail or business development role would be a plus
- Self-learner, open to challenge, motivated to go extra miles
