**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description- To supply utilities, carry out all types of Repair & Maintenance (R&M) services in the facility, machines and equipment available at the Properties in accordance with Engineering Integrated Management System requirement.
- Monitor day to day operation of the building in accordance with policies & procedures.
- Attend to owners’ and residents’ complaints and answer all enquiries professionally, tactfully within the acceptable timeline.
- Oversee all maintenance staff employed in the property.
- Maintain a safe work environment for staff and reduce environmental pollution.
- Carry out inspection to identify and implement preventive maintenance within the property.
- Be on call and standby, reachable via mobile phone in case of emergency maintenance issues on site.
- Any other works assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirement- Minimum Professional Certification / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or other related disciplines.
- Experience as a Chargeman with qualified certification will be an added advantage.
- Able to work in a team, and also be proactive and independently carry out minor domestic repairs and first level maintenance works.
- Proficient in English.
