**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of audit reports by gathering and analyzing relevant data and documentation.
- Monitor and review internal controls and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of compliance tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of audit and compliance activities.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Support the audit team in planning and executing audit projects and engagements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards related to audit and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the audit and compliance team as needed.
