Look no further We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant role based in The Exchange Mall, TRX, Malaysia. Joining our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth coordination of our activities.
- The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.
- The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.
- As a Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing various administrative tasks to ensure the seamless functioning and coordination of the marketing team.-
- Assisting in the development of campaign creative proposals, focusing on marketing visuals, layout, themes, and art arrangements.-
- Providing support and follow-up with suppliers and tenants on matters related to marketing campaigns.-
- Assisting the marketing team in the creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.-
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing collateral.-
- Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visuals for various marketing channels.-
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including coordinating logistics and providing on-site assistance.-
- Stay informed about the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating innovative design elements into marketing materials.**Requirements**:
- Fresh grads are welcomed to apply. Minimum of 1-3 year(s) of working experience in mall or retail is preferred but experience in other industries will be considered as well.-
- Design skills (Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop) will be an added advantage.-
- Strong creativity and conceptualising skills.-
- Pleasant personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent and a good team player.-
- Willing to put in extra hours and/or work on weekends when required.- Our Marketing teams work closely with our corporate, national and international business leaders to develop and implement key marketing strategies, campaigns and sales tools to enable the on-going success of or projects and business unit.
