**Responsibilities**:
- **Collaborate with HR and senior leadership** to identify talent needs and develop effective talent management strategies.
- Develop and execute employee development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employee productivity and engagement.
- Conduct talent assessments and identify high-potential employees for succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers to provide coaching and guidance on employee performance and development.
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee growth and development.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.**:
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition, **or related **HR roles.**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
