HR Executive

Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower planning, recruitment & selections, training & development, payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, ER and IR.
- Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for all the documents.
- Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy and etc
- To review current HR process and propose new improvement initiative to improve the overall HR process and aligned with Company objective and ensure the HR practices are in compliance with all legal requirements and government / local authority regulations;
- Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding and off-boarding workflows
- Coordinate training programs including administering post training evaluation and update training records
- Preparing job posting for vacancies and scheduling interviews for job applicants.
- To lead and supervise HR and Admin Executives and Assistant responsibilities
- To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR-related metrics to HR Manager.
- Responsible for office administration matters.
- Other duties as assigned by superior.
- Required to ensure and maintain confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
- **Good knowledge in Payroll, Employment Act and possess at least 3 years of Payroll processing experience in manufacturing plant is a MUST for this vacancy.**:
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to generate necessary reports, charts, graphs, slide presentations and general office correspondence and memos.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Detail-orientated, strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership qualities.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
