Location: TRX/Chulan Tower/TTDI (Kuala Lumpur)

Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide first level support of the bank overall systems availability, inclusive management of Board members and Senior Managements (SMC), Business Units (BU), Remisiers and Day Traders.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources in its day-to-day operations
- Execute the robust operating controls, policies, processes and systems that are aligned to business and meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the quality-driven in IT Workplace Services Support processes and procedures in compliance to all projects or BAU.
- Implement, as appropriate (i.e. on-site, off-site etc.) services for all IMAC and Deskside Break Fix computing devices and peripherals including delivery processing in accordance with Service Level by location.
- Execute, as appropriate, all Installations, de-Installations, cascades, moves, additions, refurbishments and changes for all equipment, software, and related services at designated bank sites.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in IT related field.
- 1-3 years working experience in IT Field Support experience.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a MUST.
- Able to travel to bank branches for IT support (Transportation/Allowance provided).
- Preferable immediate starters or with 30 days and below notice period.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
