**Responsibilities;**
- Close liaison with government agencies, sales agent, bankers, solicitors, and purchasers on loan documentation.
- Follow up with collections of all receivables: progress billing, interest and other outgoing payments.
- Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Maintain a good filing record system of purchasers file and update into system.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the management.

**Requirements;**
- Knowledge of property industrial and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Committed to learn and relate technical concepts promptly.
- Pleasant personality, honest, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with social media such as Facebook & Tiktok is an advantage

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
