**About the Job**

We’re looking for an **Area Manager** to oversee the performance of multiple outlets within a specific region in Malaysia. In this role, you’ll lead Store Managers, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive sales and profitability across your area. You’ll focus on team development, operational efficiency, and delivering consistent food quality and customer satisfaction—while supporting the growth and success of both your team and the business.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead and support Store Managers and outlet teams** — oversee recruitment, training, and coaching to build strong, high-performing crews across your area.
- **Ensure smooth operations across multiple outlets** — covering sales, service quality, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with Malaysia’s regulations and company SOPs.
- **Manage workforce planning** — review staffing needs, create efficient schedules, and control labor costs across outlets.
- **Oversee financial and operational performance** — track sales, profitability, COGS, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement.
- **Strengthen customer experience** — ensure consistent service delivery, resolve escalated issues, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- **Drive alignment with company goals** — provide area-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to district or senior operations leadership.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience managing multiple outlets or leading Store Managers in F&B/retail (QSR, café, restaurant) in Malaysia.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing outlet teams.
- Solid operational knowledge in sales, service, inventory, and manpower planning.
- Familiar with Malaysia’s food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Willing to travel across assigned areas and work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Hands-on, customer-oriented, and performance-driven.
- Eligible to work in Malaysia.
