**Responsibilities**:
**UNIT**: Digital Operations Platform Project Management Office
**ROLE PURPOSE**:
Lead and manage the success development and implementation of the Human Capital digital platform. This includes translate business requirements to technical specifications and ensure requirements are tracked from design to delivery (pre-, during and post-project implementation) towards the achievement of the Bank’s strategic outcome in the DOP project.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Lead, and ensure robust business requirements* are developed and translated to technical specifications within the approved project objective and timeline. (*specific, comprehensive and all changes are accounted for).
- Ensure risk to the users are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
- Ensure requirements are tracked from design to delivery as expected and agreed between the Bank and vendors (pre-, during and post-project implementation).
- Identify potential issues / problems throughout the project lifecycle and provide recommendation where applicable to solutions.
- Lead and manage the user acceptance test towards the adoption and acceptance of project deliverables by Human Capital Department.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow between People Department, PMO, other business workstreams and the vendors; and provide regular/ periodic update to People Department and other internal stakeholders (e.g. PMO, Project Steering Committee).
- Manage and/ or participate in designing and implementing related projects and initiatives to support the Bank’s human capital agenda.
- Keep abreast with the latest development and trends in human capital practices and review, recommend and implement continuous process and system improvements to ensure timely, quality and credible HR operations.

**QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE**:
- **Academic Qualifications**:Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualifications in any discipline. Degree or professional certification in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
- **Experience**:Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management (generic and / or in Enterprise Resource Planning / Digital Operations Platform implementation).**
