We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused marketing executive to join our Client's team in onboarding new customers
**Key Responsibilities**
**Onboarding & Integration**:
- Seamlessly onboard new customers, ensuring their smooth transition into utilising cloud marketing tools.
- This will include conducting sessions to understand their needs, workflows, requirements, and success markers, followed by solutions sessions to help them realize their goals.
**Solution-Oriented Support**:
- Collaborate with customers to identify solutions tailored to their unique marketing needs using our platform.
**Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and advocacy.
**Feedback Loop Management**:
- Actively gather and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of our offerings.
**Renewals & Upgrades**:
- Assist in the renewal process, encouraging upgrades by demonstrating enhanced product capabilities and benefits.
**Team Development**:
- Oversee, train, and nurture the customer solutions team to uphold high standards of service and support.
**Organisational Excellence**:
- Maintain organised records and communications, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Providing comprehensive product demonstrations and training to users.
- Proactively identifying growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Requirements**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an **Account Executive or Account Manager in a marketing-focused environment**.
- Experience in **Customer Success roles** a Plus, **particularly for subscriptions based services.**:
- About 2 years experience in **marketing agencies.**:
- Strong organisational skills with a professional and timely approach to responsibilities.
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: RM48,000.00 - RM72,000.00 per year
