**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Persuade customers to purchase products and services through effective sales techniques
- Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Process orders and document sales activities
- Conduct market research to refine sales strategies and meet customer needs
- Represent the company at trade fairs and business events
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management

**Requirement**:

- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, BI, and BM
- Background in real estate is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Highly motivated, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
