- Working experience in training/recruitment with minimum 1 to 2 years.

- Demonstrable experience as a training executive.
- Proven track record of boosting company growth through training.
- Knowledge of all relevant performance tracking software and indices.
- Thorough understanding of contemporary Human Resource and business procedures.
- Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to gauge training needs.
- Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.

**Responsibilities**:
**Major Duties**:
**Recruitment**
- Design the poster and advertise job vacancies in every platform and coordinate interview arrangement.
- Respond to applicants’ inquiries both orally and in writing.
- Follow up with Store Leaders for Letter Offer completely and submit after 3 days of reporting staff.
- Conduct and join open interview with PERKESO every state in Malaysia either online or offline for Service Crew Crew positions

**Education/ Training**
- Conduct training for New Staff for 3days Manual. Availing yourself as a sounding board for all employees with the explicit aim of improving their orientation and training.
- Monitoring staffs' performance by liaising with store operation leaders within 3 months after join the company.
- Conduct the training onsite for maintenance module and merchandising module.(OJT)
- Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
- Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
- Submit monthly training report and training schedule (1 month ahead) to department manager.
