Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities:
2. Assist in conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
3. Manage the employee performance appraisal process and provide recommendations for promotions or corrective actions.
4. Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring accuracy in salary payments, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
5. Oversee employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related processes, such as employment contracts, leave management, and performance evaluations.
6. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.
7. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and compensation.
8. Provide advice to management on employee issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
9. Support in developing and implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
10. Review, verify, and approve staff expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
11. Coordinate with finance for timely reimbursement and resolve any discrepancies related to claims.
12. Maintain accurate records of all approved staff claims for audit and reporting purposes.
13. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
14. Prepare regular HR and admin reports for management review.
15. Support audits and inspections related to HR and administrative matters.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree, majored in Human Resource Management / Law with relevant experience in Human Resources.
2. At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws will be an added advantage.
4. Proficient in English and Bahasa will be an added advantage.
5. Possess own transport
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
