We are looking for a Motion / Graphic Designer to join the team that will be responsible for developing both digital / print design projects (brochures, logos, posters, infographics, advertisements) as well as short-form video projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and animate motion graphics
- Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote the Youverify brand through different social media platforms and the website.
- Edit and optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms;
- Maintain videography equipment and provide guidance for new equipment purchases.
- Takes the lead on video projects from concept to delivery (storyboard, design, animation, feedback, QA, and production).
- Provide technical support for design
- and video-related efforts;
- Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences;
- Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team with edits to digital assets (videos, content downloads etc).
- Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data.

**Required Qualifications**
- BSc in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields.
- At least 1+ year experience in graphic design
- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images;
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite.
- Strong video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with graphic design and production principles and processes; experience in camera operation, location and set management, audio, lighting, sound editing and mixing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Experience developing strategic visual content for social media
- Experience with developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital platforms
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
