**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Silverlake Deposits projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Silverlake Deposits or similar banking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking industry is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
