**vivo Repair Technician - Job Responsibilities**

**Diagnose and Repair Devices**
- Responsible for identifying and repairing software and hardware issues on vivo smartphones
- Ensure high-quality repairs and minimize return cases

**Device Intake and Documentation**
- Receive devices from customers and accurately record information such as IMEI, issue details, and contact information
- Ensure proper logging and tracking of each device

**Repair Progress and Reporting**
- Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to supervisors or customers
- Complete detailed repair records and reports accurately

**Parts Management**
- Use repair parts responsibly and maintain accurate records of parts usage and returns
- Assist in inventory checks and stock management

**Customer Support**
- Provide professional advice to customers regarding device issues
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction

**Tool and Equipment Maintenance**
- Regularly check and maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the repair area

**Continuous Learning and Skill Improvement**
- Participate in official vivo training and assessments
- Stay updated on new models, technologies, and software updates

**Compliance with Company Policies**
- Follow company repair procedures and operational standards strictly
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor when required
