**EXECUTIVE - ACCOUNT**
**(KASTURI ACADEMY SDN BHD)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES**:
Receivables:
- Responsible for students’ fee collection on a day-to-day basis.
- To process student’s deposit refund after receipt of withdrawal form for completed course and refund of student overpayment if any.
- To reconcile and post daily official receipts into the Auto Count
Accounting System.
- Monitoring receivables to ensure prompt payments from students, liaising with related centers to collect fees under disputes and long overdue.
Payables:
- Responsible for the daily Accounts Payables function, including invoice and payment processing and performing bank reconciliation.
- Ensure timely processing of staff claims
- Responsible for teachers’ salaries including computation and preparation of payments to ensure on-time processing.
- Monitoring of staff advances
- Cash flow planning
- Manage various aspects of month-end closing activities, including ensuring proper cut-off and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. To provide administrative support to the academic team of tutors or teachers.
General Ledger:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and accompanying information schedules.
- To perform an analytical review of financial statements on monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting & Internal Control Policies and ensure compliance with Group guidelines and local financial reporting standards.
- Involvement in preparation of annual budget/forecast.
Other matters
- Liaison with other departments on matters relating to Finance.
- Liaison with internal/external auditors and tax agents.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Position in this classification may perform all the responsibilities above and other related duties as assigned within MAA Group of companies.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education **Diploma or Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
**Experience **Fresh Graduate or minimum with 2 years working experience in accounting, preferably from Higher Education Institution.

Good knowledge of Accounting Systems and excel skills.
Professional, confident, and credible communicator, including the ability to connect with a group of people.

Organized, strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet the established deadline
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
