**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find what they need.
- **Sales**: Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product promotion. Participate in sales campaigns and promotions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on all products, including new arrivals and best-sellers. Educate customers on the benefits and uses of our products.
- **Store Presentation**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and common areas. Ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve store goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve store performance.
- **Customer Feedback**: Listen to customer feedback and communicate any suggestions or issues to the management team. Help to resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for wellness, aromatherapy, and natural products.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
- Willing to work in Singapore.
