**Responsibilities**:

- Drive student engagement and recruitment initiatives to achieve or exceed enrolment targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with student recruitment agents.
- Build and sustain partnerships with high schools to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Provide programme counselling sessions to prospective students/parents.
- Develop a good relationship between the college and potential students, parents, teachers, and other related parties.
- Represent the college at recruitment events to attract prospective students and support the organisation of Open Days, Scholarship & Registration Weeks
- Perform the day-to-day administrative duties.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of prior experience in course counselling, sales and marketing as well as promotional activities in the education industry, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must possess good communication skills for oral and written Malay and English
- Must possess good communication in **Chinese** to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Must be able to gain transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, organization, problem-solving and time management
- Detail oriented, meticulous and analytical and good organization and planning skills.
- Willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
