**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and minutes for clients in compliance with Companies Act and relevant regulations.
- Handle incorporation of companies, preparation of board resolutions, annual return submissions, and other secretarial duties.
- Liaise with clients, SSM, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant authorities on secretarial matters.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory documents with the relevant authorities.
- Provide corporate advisory and compliance support to clients, especially regarding corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of secretarial records.
- Data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Organizing and maintaining client secretarial files
- Supporting the secretarial team in daily administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Possess any of the following qualifications:

- Member of MIA / MACS / MAICSA / MICPA
- Member of the Malaysian Bar (LLB)
- Licensed Company Secretary (LS)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented and responsible

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
