**Key Responsibilities/ Tasks/ Deliverables**:

- Leading the change desk and managing the technical changes through our Management of Change system
- Maintaining and supporting regional hubs on the MoC process and tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI and Azure DevOps)
- Monitoring, reporting and following up on the MoC activities across hubs, ensuring visibility for management and key stakeholders
- Contributing on the continuous development of MoC system and processes in alignment with the business needs.
- Defining requirements for new tools and other enablers enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness

**Primary skills set/ Requirements/ Qualification**:

- have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field
- have experience in **product lifecycle management or change management**, particularly in technical or IT changes
- have a background in **operations**, with a strong blend of technical and commercial understanding.
- Have a strong **organizational navigation and stakeholder management skills**.
- have a proactive, analytical and structured approach to your problem-solving in a dynamic working environment
- speak and write English fluently.
