Manages the daily operations of the sales support function Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all support activities including processing, RPF responds, data collection, and the preparation of reports to support sales teams Identifies and resolves operational issues Implement promotional events to increase sales volume Resolve complex customer requests or complaints Manage the processing of sales incentive or commission programs Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets Develop specifications, samples, and product metrics to achieve production readiness for all product materials Leverage other sales office resources and administrative/support staff to achieve personal and team relate revenue goals Coordinate with team members to assure on time completion of proposals Evaluate sales processes and perform collaboratively with account managers, Vice Presidents of sales and Regional Sales Vice Presidents (VP). Identify opportunities for sales support to streamline entire sales process along with measure activities’ results Perform as primary liaison to Product Development, Operation, IT and various departments as required. Ensure to secure resources as requested by Sales Team and Account Manager to assist sales process Perform with Regional Sales VP’s to complete every company response Perform with the VP of Sales to prepare and execute detailed presentations, tactics, metric, systems and action plans Ensure to grow and assist revenue targets along with future growth targets Execute and manage an organization Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Support Sales, marketing as well as customer service Develop system support for deriving main sales metrics from existing CRM system Prepare and maintain entire quarterly commission reports in synchronization with accounting team Develop standard presentations, sales support materials and case studies Coordinate with Marketing to develop collateral, outbound marketing efforts and website updates
