**Position Title**: Finance Controller

**Location**: Pasir Gudang

Our client, an establish trading company is looking for a qualified and experienced hands-on Finance Controller to oversee their financial operations, ensuring compliance and enhancing performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Management and Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
- Generate detailed financial reports for management review and decision-making.

2. Consolidation of Accounts
- Perform consolidation of accounts for multiple entities within the organization.
- Ensure accuracy in inter-company transactions and eliminate any discrepancies.

3. Compliance and Audit
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Participate in the budgeting process by analyzing historical data and providing forecasts.

5. Team Leadership
- Supervising finance staff and collaborating with other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proven experience in consolidating financial statements for multiple entities.
- Familiar with US GAAP is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Autocount, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
