Position: Retail Assistant (Cosmetics)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in choosing suitable beauty or skincare products.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle transactions — cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.
- Restock shelves and ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock management.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Support in promotions, product launches, and in-store activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries politely.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
- Basic sales or retail experience is an advantage (training provided).
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, friendly, and proactive in assisting customers.
