**About the role**:
As a Pet Sitter at Ank Pets House, you’ll be the heart and hands behind the scenes, caring for our pets across outlets. Your mission? To ensure the health, safety, and happiness of pets in our care — whether they're waiting to be sold, under daycare, or boarding in our pet hotel. Your love for pets, responsible mindset, and dedication to quality care will help us build a trusted, ethical environment for all our furry friends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Pets Care: Feed, clean, and taking care of pets, ensuring their living spaces are tidy, safe, and welcoming at all times.
- Health & Behavior Monitoring: Observe and report on any changes in behavior or health to help catch issues early and maintain wellbeing.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for pets sent by customers, helping them settle into their temporary home.
- Multi-Outlet Flexibility: Travel between outlets as needed to support teams and provide consistent care.
- Team Collaboration and Continuous Learning: Work closely with team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere, while actively participating in training sessions to stay informed about pet care trends and improve your skills.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- A genuine love for pets and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to get hands-on and handle cleaning and feeding tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, caring, and attentive to detail.
- Must have own transportation.

- Empathy & Compassion: You truly care about the comfort and wellbeing of animals.
- Responsibility: Punctual, consistent, and reliable when it comes to routine pet care. Have strong sense of responsibility in taking care of pets that got infected or fall sick.
