Customer Service Assistant

Serves customers by providing information and resolution of product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Blast promotion messages to existing and new customers.
- Assist and perform some marketing task when necessary.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.
- Strong computing skills
- Microsoft Office programs - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
