Handle Hiring process of company
- Organising pay and benefits, ensure the payout is on time
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Assisting with HR-related questions and requests from employees

**Requirement**:

- Possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or any other related field / qualifications.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience.
- Accountability, proactive and protective of confidential information with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.
- Well versed in Malaysian Labor Laws and related statutory bodies' requirements.
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia & mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software especially in Ms. excel.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Responsible, good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin ( must)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
