Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a **LEGO Technical Project Coordinator** to join our Creative team. This role will be based at our Malaysia LEGO Model shop.

As a Technical Project Coordinator at Merlin Magic Making (MMM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of world-class LEGO models for attractions across Merlin's LEGO branded estates.

Working closely with the LEGO Model Technical Manager, you will act as the liaison between Product Development and Design (PDD), LEGO Model Production, and external contractors, overseeing all technical aspects of project delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of the LEGO brand and Merlin's global quality benchmarks.

Key Objectives include:

- **
Delivery Excellence**: Ensure the delivery of LEGO technical models for projects adhering to world-class standards, agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- ** Project Planning**: Create and maintain comprehensive project plans encompassing model production status, technical details, MEP needs, budget, and installation requirements. Regularly report progress to stakeholders.
- ** Installation & Freight Management**: Develop and manage installation and freighting plans, identifying and minimising risks. Ensure understanding and compliance by all relevant parties.
- ** Budget Management**: Track and manage budgets, collaborating with the finance team to report status and notify stakeholders of variances.
- ** Technical Drawing Interpretation**: Utilise technical drawings to effectively communicate and agree on project information.
- ** Customer Expectations**: Oversee customer/client expectations to ensure the best product is delivered within the available budget, collaborating with the Technical Manager, Creative, and Project Directors.
- ** Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure all work is delivered and installed according to safety and environmental standards. Guarantee adherence to best practices and procedures on construction sites and at MMM LEGO Modelshops.

**About You**
- Experience in managing technical projects related to design, installation, or product development.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Specialist knowledge in solving problems related to model delivery, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate skill set in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
