Product Manager, Value Added Solution

**Primary Objective/Purpose of the Job**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and define product life cycle for the responsible product suite, including but not limited to product roadmap, research, financial assessment, requirements, development, go-to-market planning, stakeholder training, product updates and improvements
- Commercialization of Digital Solutions driving revenue objectives for the Asia-Pacific region
- engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance, Legal, Finance, Credit, Operations and Marketing
- alignment with overall corporate objectives
- Responsible in formulation of digital solution by leveraging on
- company's regional and global assets
- partnership with 3rd parties
- Managing Digital Solution lifecycle that covers mínimally
- multi-MOPs (e.g. conventional cards, alternative payment methods such as QR-based wallets,, local payment methods such as National QR frameworks, etc)
- multi-jurisdictions (territories as mentioned above)
- value-add-service (e.g. Loyalty/Rewards, installment, DCC, MCP, etc)
- Support cross-functional/cross-country teams in continuous customer engagement to improve our products and enhance our value proposition in each local market
- Organize and monitor pilots for new products and make recommendation on refining launch strategies in order to uplift performance and bring positive impact to customer experience and local market's scorecard
- Provide support to tender/RFP exercise within Asia-Pacific as well as global
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills and ability to influence for results
- Traveling to overseas as and when required

**Knowledge and Skill Required**
- Minimum bachelor degree in engineering, IT or computing
- Being a certified PMP and/or Scrum Master is a plus
- Certifications or expertise in any programming languages is good to have
- Experience in software development lifecycle, business and technical analysis
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Cantonese speaking is a plus

**Experience**
- Minimum 8 years of professional working experience including 3 years in similar capacity Similar work experience in managing solutions/products of card-based installment payments, transactional analytics, dynamic currency conversion and multi-currency payment in both the online and offline spaces
- Has worked in financial, banking or merchant acquiring segments
- Has worked in highly-matrix Multi-National organizations
- e.g. Visa, MasterCard, JCB, CUP, Alipay, Tencent
- Strong interpersonal communications, presentation skills and excellent at rallying the team. Comfortable to front stakeholders from the top to the bottom level
- Out-of-the-box transformational thinker, customer experience focused
- Effective communicator with the ability to convey message clearly and concisely

**Education**

State the minimum level of education needed to perform the role and/or the equivalent level of experience that may be considered. Please also outline the preferred educational level for the role.
- Minimum bachelor degree in engineering, IT or computing. Master degree is a plus;
