We are seeking a skilled **Automation and Chatbot Specialist** to build and enhance chatbot workflows and automation solutions for E-Hailing Support. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting analysis, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in product and technical review meetings
- Conduct business analysis with stakeholders and align SOPs
- Develop bug-free automation workflows using in-house tools
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data reviews
- Present analyses effectively to business stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in IT or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and HTML
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Team player with strong communication skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience building automation or chatbot workflows

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
