This is a placement for a client of Straat-X ICT Sdn Bhd, who is looking for **Admin & Accounts Executive (Practice Administrator)** to oversee both administrative and accounting functions within **boutique accounting firm.**

A professional and growing accounting & tax practice located on the **Gold Coast**. As their business expands, they are looking for a proactive **Admin & Accounts Executive** (Practice Administrator) with basic bookkeeping skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual **(Mandarin & Cantonese)**, highly organized, and keen to grow within a stable and friendly work environment.

**Job Information**:

- **Hybrid based Setup (10 days from office in a month)**:

- 8-hour shift per day, 2 off days per week.
- Monday to Friday from **07:30am to 4:30pm** MYT
- Salary from **RM3,500 - RM5,500**

In this dual admin/bookkeeping role, you’ll work closely with the principal to:

- Manage client communication and documentation (in **English, Mandarin, and Cantonese**)
- Maintain and streamline office systems and processes
- Prepare and lodge ATO-related forms and correspondence
- Support the team with administrative workflow tracking
- Perform bookkeeping, payroll, and superannuation tasks using **Xero or MYOB** for selected clients

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Fluent in **Mandarin, Cantonese, and English**:

- Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with computers and Microsoft office systems
- Familiar with basic bookkeeping and payroll (ideal, but not required)
- Experienced in admin or customer service (experience in an accounting firm is a plus)
- Friendly and respectful with strong communication skills
