**Duties Covered**

**1. Customer Order Fulfillment**
- Oversee and manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Confirm delivery details (address, quantity, pricing, payment terms) with customers prior to dispatch.
- Ensure all deliveries meet customer expectations and company KPIs.

**2. Team Leadership**
- Lead, guide, and motivate the customer service team to achieve service excellence.
- Set priorities, delegate tasks, and monitor daily operations.
- Provide training and mentoring to improve team capability and customer handling techniques.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactively engage with clients to promote related products and offer alternatives that suit their project needs.
- Follow up closely on upcoming projects and product launches to secure new orders.

**4. Internal Collaboration**
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage stock availability and transportation arrangements.
- Work with the sales team to align on customer requirements and pricing structures.
- Provide feedback and insight to management on market trends, customer behavior, and service challenges.

**5. Process Improvement**
- Identify gaps or delays in the order-to-delivery process and recommend improvements.
- Monitor service metrics and drive initiatives to improve service delivery and lead times.
- Compile and report customer-related risks and opportunities to the sales manager with actionable proposals.

**6. Administrative and Reporting**
- Ensure accurate documentation for all orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the order management system.
- Submit regular reports on order status, customer feedback, and team performance.

**The listed JD may amend from time to time based on the business and company strategy Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as a new challenge to you.**

**REMARKS**

WORKING DAY: MONDAY TO SATURDAY (5.5 DAYS ALTERNATE SATURDAY)
WORKING HOUR: 8.00AM TO 5.00PM (1 HOUR LUNCH)

**GROSS PAY: RM3500 - RM7000++**

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
