To strengthen its global presence, the company is establishing a new plant in Senai, Malaysia. **Job Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the Production Planning & Control (PPC) team to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
- Liaise with internal departments (Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales) to align material availability, capacity planning, and order requirements.
- Review and analyze production performance data, identifying potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee inventory control, material requirement planning (MRP), and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning and control processes to enhance productivity and resource utilization.
- Prepare and present reports on production progress, capacity utilization, and delivery performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- **3 - 5 years of working experience** in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain is required.
- **Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an added advantage.**:

- **Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.**:

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm**
**Salary: Up to RM7000**

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- production planning, scheduling, or supply chain: 3 years (preferred)
- supervisory or team-leading: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)
